This meticulously sampled virtual instrument, the French Harpsichord 1787, captures the sophisticated finesse and rich tonal palette of a Parisian masterpiece.
Seven meticulously sampled variations offer a wealth of sonic possibilities: Upper 8', Lower 8', 4', Tutti (all stops), two "Lautenzug" variations, and the unique "peau de buffle" stop (buffalo leather picks). Up to 8 round robin samples per key ensure smooth, natural trills and fast passages, while 4 round robin key release samples per key and stop recreate the authentic acoustic experience.
The library contains over 4,200 samples, originally recorded at 192 kHz/24 bit and downsampled to 44.1 kHz for optimal performance.
