SHAPE THE BITE AND THE BODY OF ANY SOUND
ANCHOR from RAWL is a stability shaper, not another EQ or compressor. It analyzes your audio first, reads the balance between its attack (the bite) and its sustain (the body), then brings out the stable core while taming unwanted transients in the band you choose.
Press AUTO and ANCHOR sets FOCUS, STABLE and BLEND from its own analysis, with markers on each knob showing where it recommends. SOLO mode is tuned for single tracks, MIX mode for buses and full mixes, and A/B banks make it quick to compare settings.
Tiny footprint, 17.5 MB on Mac and 6.1 MB on Windows. Try the free demo from RAWL first, then get ANCHOR for $89, or as low as $59 when you pay with rewards cash.
VST3 and AU on Mac (macOS 13 or later, tested on Apple Silicon), VST3 64-bit on Windows.
For every dollar you spend on any Deal or in the Shop, past, present or future, we'll give you back 10% of that in rewards cash that will be saved in your Rewards Wallet.

SHAPE THE BITE AND THE BODY OF ANY SOUND
Most tone tools start with a fixed idea of what your audio needs. ANCHOR from RAWL starts by listening. It analyzes the source and measures its stability profile: how much of the sound is steady, sustained body and how much is short, spiky attack. It shows that ratio on screen, then processes the signal to match, so the result is tailored to the material in front of it rather than to a preset curve.
Bring out the core, tame the attack
Two main controls do the work. STABLE lifts the stable part of the sound, adding core, presence and body. BLEND pulls back the transient part, softening harsh or poking attacks. FOCUS picks where it happens, in 10 steps from Sub up to the full range, so you can thicken the low end of a bass, calm the snap of a bright pluck, or firm up a vocal without touching the rest of the spectrum.
AUTO gets you there fast
Not sure where to start? Hit AUTO. ANCHOR reads its analysis and sets FOCUS, STABLE and BLEND to recommended values, and markers on each knob show those positions, so you can see the suggestion and fine tune from there.
One plugin for tracks and mixes
SOLO mode analyzes a single source such as a vocal, a drum or a synth. MIX mode is built for buses and the full 2-mix. A/B banks let you store two settings and flip between them to match sounds by ear, and you can drag in a WAV, AIF, AIFF, MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC or OGG file to analyze a reference.
Small download, nothing extra to install
ANCHOR is 17.5 MB on Mac and 6.1 MB on Windows, with no sample library to install. RAWL offers a full-featured demo, and recommends testing it in your own setup before you buy. When you are happy, ANCHOR is $89 here, or as low as $59 when you pay with rewards cash.
