Infinity Mode
Switch on Infinity Mode and Playbeat keeps changing the groove as it plays, so a loop never sits still. It is a quick way to find ideas, and it works as a live performance tool too.
Eight sequencers, each with its own timing
Every one of the eight lanes is a separate sequencer with its own length, density, delay and pitch. Set the hats to a different length from the kick and the pattern shifts against itself, the way a drummer's would. The steps are large and colour coded, so you can read the groove at a glance.
1,500 kits, or your own sounds
The factory library holds 1,500 kits. Drag in your own samples, trim them in the sample editor, shape them with the filter, and repitch them with scales and tunings so tuned percussion stays in key.
Built to fit your setup
Drag any pattern into your DAW as MIDI or audio. Send the MIDI to another drum plugin or to hardware, map controls with MIDI Learn, and use choke and linear groups for realistic hats. Multi-outputs let you mix each sound on its own channel.
