IK Multimedia's TONEX Metal Gems Collection is a collection of 4 high-gain guitar amp Tone Models designed to deliver classic and contemporary metal tones. It captures the essence of four legendary amplifiers: Peavey® 5150, Diezel Herbert, Soldano SLO-100 and Bogner Überschall. The amps were captured in a professional studio using cutting-edge AI Machine Modeling Technology.
The Diezel Herbert model offers a variety of tones ranging from dynamic cleans to ultra-tight distortion. It includes 30 Tone Models captured through a variety of cabs, mics and outboard gear.
The Bogner Überschall model is known for its all-tube distortion and clear string separation. It features 25 lead and rhythm tones ideal for extended-range and drop-tuned guitars.
The Soldano SLO-100 model features clean, drive and high-gain tones and includes several stomps to tighten and drive the amp.
