THE ORIGIN
Fragments was born out of the idea of having various synthwaves randomly changing in volume, tuning, cutoff and pan over time so when layered this should result in a very textural and organic sound even though it is based on a synth. Of course does this fact give you nearly full control over the evolving sound in the sounddesign process.
The final result is a mixture between pure and beautiful, dusty(sometimes even with some noise) or even some distorted elements.
FLEXIBLE ENGINE
Fragments includes almost 40 different instruments, from which most are multisampled to preserve that organic and also imperfect outcome during the sampling stage. And this really is the door opener here. Our engine even goes a step further and gives you the possibility to texturize the samples even more with a scripted RR and humanization features. On top comes a vast array of options to additionally alter the raw sounds and send them through filter, eq, shaper and many other modules. Everything has been designed to be easy to work with so no UI with hundreds of controls, just straight forward.
