Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not sell it to others. We share customer information only with our parent company, Frontend Media Group, LLC, and the subsidiaries it controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice. Additionally, information may be shared with the developers and manufacturers of the products you purchase, at which point their own privacy policies apply.

We send marketing emails only to people who have asked for them — by subscribing, by creating an account and opting in, or by opting in at checkout. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.

The APD website uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files served by our website and stored on your device. Some are necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and holding your chosen currency. Others help us understand how the site is used, or show you relevant ads elsewhere.

We use Usercentrics to ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies or tracking scripts load. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the privacy settings link on any page.

Here are the services we use and what they do for us.

Essential to running the site

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): secure web hosting.
  • Usercentrics: records your cookie and tracking preferences.
  • Wordfence: security and firewall. Records IP addresses to detect and block attacks.
  • Aelia Currency Switcher: shows prices in your local currency, which may use your approximate location.

Payments

  • Stripe: card payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Card details go directly to Stripe.
  • PayPal: payments made through a PayPal account or PayPal checkout.

Analytics and performance

  • Google Analytics: site traffic analysis.
  • Google Tag Manager: loads and manages the tracking scripts listed here.
  • Metorik: order and customer reporting, and cart abandonment emails.
  • New Relic: website performance and error monitoring.

Advertising

  • Google Ads: advertising and remarketing.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): site traffic analysis and ads. We use both the Meta Pixel in your browser and server-side purchase data.
  • AdRoll: remarketing ads. You can opt out of these ads here. If you delete your cookies or change browser after opting out you will need to opt out again, and you will need to do so on each browser and device. If you opt out we may still collect some data about your activity for operational purposes such as fraud prevention, but it will not be used to target ads to you.

Email and notifications

  • Klaviyo: email marketing and sign-up forms. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. If you opt out you will no longer receive updates about product releases, offers and promotions.
  • OneSignal: browser push notifications, if you choose to allow them.

Other

  • AffiliateWP: tracks referrals so affiliates are credited for sales they send us.
  • YouTube: embedded video. YouTube may set cookies when a video loads.
  • Typeform: surveys and forms.

We do not store your card details on our website. Card payments are handled directly by Stripe or PayPal, depending on the method you choose.

In accordance with your General Data Protection Rights, you can request the information we hold about you via our support email address (support@audioplugin.deals) or through our contact page, and we will respond as soon as possible. You may also request that this data be completely removed through the same channels.
